We serve as your entry point to a clear solution by testing accessible hardware and software components to identify the root cause of any problem and cleaning out reachable dust. After completing the evaluation, we will present a detailed breakdown of our findings along with a transparent quote for the necessary parts and labor should you choose to complete your repair or replacement with us.

**The appointment window covers the consultation, drop off and initial diagnostic routine. It does not represent the overall timeframe required to complete full repairs. *Scope of Testing: Standard diagnostic procedures do not include full teardown or disassembly of internal components. Components requiring full disassembly are excluded from standard testing. Advanced hardware disassembly or bench testing requires additional labor and separate approval. *Pre-Existing Conditions: AirFair Gaming is not liable for pre-existing hardware failures, liquid damage, software corruption or hidden system vulnerabilities discovered during the diagnostic routine. *Data Responsibility: Customers should back up all personal data, files and software prior to bringing in their device. AirFair Gaming is not liable for data loss during diagnostic procedures or repair. *Cybersecurity Disclosures: Technicians will not bypass security features or software licensing controls. Any discovery of illegal material or cyber threats on customer hardware may be reported to law enforcement in accordance with legal obligations. *Abandonment Policy: Devices left uncollected for more than 30 calendar days following notification of diagnostic results or service completion may incur storage fees or be deemed abandoned under local law. *Additional Repair Fees: The diagnostic fee covers problem identification only. It does not include parts or labor required for repairs, which will be quoted separately for approval before work begins.
